📦 Standard Shipping (Included)

The price you see includes free tracked shipping—no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. This processing time is separate from, and not included in, the delivery estimate below.

Once processing is complete and your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days across Canada.

📅 Put together, total time from order to delivery is typically 8–18 business days.

❓ Faster Delivery

Faster delivery may be available only in select cases, for an additional charge, depending on what our supplier can offer for a given order. Email us at ramandeep@efficientoffice.ca and we'll let you know if it's possible for your order, along with the cost.

✅ Shipping Transparency – No Hidden Fees

All orders ship directly from our international warehouses. By cutting out middlemen, we can deliver affordable, premium office organizers and accessories straight to your door.

Packages returned to us are eligible for product-cost-only refunds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they have already been paid to the carrier.

If you would like the order resent, a reshipping fee will apply.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their delivery, respond to delivery notices, and pick up any packages held by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will be required to send it again.

If the carrier disposes of the package because it could not be delivered, we are not able to provide a refund.
