Refund policy

We do not accept returns. If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong product, we’ll make it right with a full refund — we don’t offer exchanges or send a replacement item.

To get a refund, email us a photo of the item to ramandeep@efficientoffice.ca. Once approved, you’re welcome to keep the item or donate it — no need to send anything back.

We don’t accept returns for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.) as part of our commitment to sustainability — every return shipped has a carbon footprint.
