How long will my order take to arrive?

Our products ship directly from our international warehouses. Most Canadian customers receive their orders in 7–12 business days, but please allow up to 15 business days in case of customs or carrier delays. Every order includes free tracked shipping. Why does shipping take up to 15 business days?

We partner with trusted fulfillment providers who ship directly from their warehouses to your door. This direct model enables us to offer a wider selection of home-office organizers without additional handling steps.

While delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, we recommend allowing up to 15 business days to account for customs or carrier delays. With every order, you’ll always get:

Why are your prices sometimes higher than those of other stores?

Many large online stores advertise lower prices because their products often ship with free economy shipping that can take 20–35 business days to arrive.

At Efficient Office, we believe waiting that long isn’t acceptable. That’s why our products ship with faster tracked delivery (7–12 business days, up to 15 if delayed). The shipping cost is built into the product price, so while the price may look slightly higher, you’re getting:

Why do you offer refunds but not accept returns?

At Efficient Office, we follow a refund-without-return policy for certain situations (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). This approach has two benefits:

  • Sustainability: Shipping products back and forth creates unnecessary carbon emissions. By skipping returns, we reduce waste and lower our environmental impact.
  • Customer convenience: You don’t have to deal with the hassle of packing and returning an item. Instead, you get your refund quickly after providing proof (such as a photo).

We only issue refunds for valid cases and require photos of the product to prevent misuse. This ensures the process is fair, efficient, and environmentally friendly.

To be eligible for a refund, you must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the product so we can verify your claim quickly.
