How long will my order take to arrive?

Our products ship directly from our international warehouses. Most Canadian customers receive their order in 7–12 business days, but please allow up to 15 business days in case of customs or carrier delays.
All orders include free tracked shipping.

Why does shipping take up to 15 business days?

We partner with trusted fulfillment providers that ship directly from their warehouses. This lets us offer a wide range of home-office products without extra middlemen slowing things down.

While typical delivery is 7–12 business days, we recommend allowing up to 15 days to account for customs or seasonal carrier delays.

With every order, you get free tracked shipping, a curated selection of minimalist office products, and direct support from a Canadian small business owner (Ray).

Why are your prices sometimes higher than those of other stores?

Large retailers often use slow 20–35 day economy shipping to reduce prices.
We don’t believe customers should wait that long.

Efficient Office ships using faster 7–12 day tracked delivery (up to 15 on rare delays).
Your price includes faster delivery, tracking, and no surprise fees at checkout.


Why do you offer refunds but not accept physical returns?

We use a refund-without-return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

This reduces unnecessary carbon emissions from shipping returns back and forth, and it makes the process easier for you. You don’t need to mail anything back β€” simply send a photo and we’ll handle it.

To be eligible, damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Problems & Failed Delivery

What happens if my package is returned or marked undeliverable?

If the carrier returns your package because it wasn’t picked up, the address was incomplete, or it was marked undeliverable, the order becomes eligible for a product-cost-only refund.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded because they were already paid to the carrier.


Can you reship a returned package?

Yes. If you'd like the order resent, a reshipping fee will apply.
This covers the cost of sending the package again.


What if the carrier disposes of my package?

If the carrier disposes of a package because it was not picked up in time or delivery notices were ignored, we cannot issue a refund. All carriers follow this rule.


Who is responsible for tracking and pickup?

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment, responding to delivery notices, and picking up any packages held at the post office or carrier depot.
