Instead of returning the item, you can simply contact us for a full refund.

At Efficient Office, we prioritize sustainability. Processing physical returns creates unnecessary carbon emissions. That’s why we offer a refund-without-return model whenever possible.

To be eligible for a refund:

After verification, you’ll receive a full refund — and you’re welcome to either keep the item or donate it locally.
